bit disappointing i weigh every 2 weeks...but still a loss and it is the end of the month for me so not my lightest, I will weigh in a week and see if my loss has been any better
185.2 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
