weight gain last part of last year. fell off horse...back on now
242.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel your pain. That is when this whole weight battle started for me 16 years ago. I fell off a horse and between a year off work, a bad back, depression and having to sell my horses, I gained horribly. Praying for your success nd recovery from the fall.

@sherillynn Thanks for the kind words. I'm sorry to hear about your accident. Although, I should point out that I was meaning "fell off the horse" like the "I got off track" sort of comment. I, unlike you, was just a lazy bum and ate way too much during the holidays and a recent business trip
