It's been a rough month so far. Simultaneously dad was fighting yet another uti (thus far he's not had to go to the hospital) while I and my husband had the stomach flu. It was rough. I'm back on track today. Did my yoga and gradually adding in some strength building. Will be back on track today with WOE. Happy New Year

Have a great week! Poor Dad, he's having quite a time of it. Makes it rough on everyone, you certainly didn't have time for the flu for crying out loud. Glad things are better now.
