thanks! I always wonder why I shove all the sugar/carbs into my piehole at the holidays...Big gain then big loss when I go back to LC. I know I sound like a broken record but "when will I learn moderation?"

I find that a celebratory splurge once in awhile is just part of life, and Okay as long as you correct for it. Jason Fung calls it Feasting, the Fasting. Now we're back on track and starting a new year of progress! More power to you, Rckc!
