Weight jumped after my colonoscopy, things finally getting back to normal. Ah the price of health maintenance. I have been very faithful, sticking with the plan, no sneaky stuff, no wine (nearly 6 months) eating the same every day. Scale hasn't moved much in the past month BUT my resolve is strong.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
