Went to ANOTHER drs appt. for food allergies *sighs* but the upside is I've lost weight (same scale) hope this trend lasts

199.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb. Still to go: 54.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.5 lb a week

Oh no! Allergies are getting so prevalent these days, hopefully they will start to pass over time.
