Well the scale said 226 this morning and then it said 217 - perhaps I have a special scale that foreshadows the future? LOL - regardless I'm going with 228 for today :-)
228.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
