A tragic, post Christmas to entertainment with George Michael, and now Carrie Fisher's death. The new, "Rogue One" ironically, seems to foreshadow this tragedy, and shock. It actually, seems very fitting, but very sad. I worked out this morning, and extended my run time by 2 minutes to 10 minutes, and reached what, most likely, is my maximum heart rate of around 160 beats a minute. I really think my old maximum of 180 is pushing it, now. I ran at 4.3 treadmill speed. Have a great remainder of 2016, and the BEST 2017, for everyone!

George Michael – Praying For Time. One of my favorite songs when I was growing up because I was such a happy kid (ok, maybe not!). Here's to better days, enjoying/appreciating and making the most of life and cherishing time with our loved ones. You are doing great, Warren! Continue to listen to your body and make adjustments.

We all need to look back a 2016 and the tragedies that happen to many people. We must learn from our past mistakes and life live better. Thank God for that and for the opportunity to make 2017 a better year for us and our love ones. Happy New Year and God bless/
