My favorite Aunt died Tuesday so I've been off my plan the last few days. I'm glad to see the scales are being supportive when I weighed in this morning.
278.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
