I am still struggling with working out - every time I hit the gym I am in bed, in PAIN for 2-3 days. I guess I just have to take a breath, and realize it is going to be a slow and steady event...sigh.

I am sticking to the diet except at night - I eat a strawberry yogurt pop to help with those sugar cravings. To balance that I only eat one yogurt during the day - an Activa - which is only 4 oz (I am allowed 2 six ounce yogurts) and I add fresh grapes and strawberries to the vanilla.

I still get hungry - even with eating frequently, which is odd.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

You are doing well on your loss. Try unsweetened yougurt with your fruit. The high-fructose corn syrup they put in most commercial yogurt is really un-beneficial. =) Keep up the good work.
