I am NOT ready for Christmas. I want to go home and see my side of the family and it isn't going to happen this year. Again. Feeling like Scrooge. Anyone else feel this way?
I talked to my mom yesterday. She has dementia. She wanted me to zip over real quick and go to lunch. I live 14 hours away. Bittersweet.

220.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 60.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
