*UPDATE* Managed to get my workout in. Yay! Day 5 of the "30 Day Shred" complete. I plan on taking the weekend off just because there's no room for me to do the shred in the house when everyone is home. Hopefully Monday's workout won't be too hard to get back into with my 2 day break.

Forgot to log in yesterday, but I managed to do Day 4 of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. Hoping for Day 5 today. Will update if I manage to get it done.

Onto other news, I weighed myself for the first time in 28 days. It's been an uphill battle for me during these past few months. I really let myself go during the holidays. I could tell by the way my clothes fit. Let's just say I wasn't in too big of a hurry to weigh myself, but knew that I needed to. I figured it would push me to fight harder....but I also knew I would be very disappointed and very discouraged. I had gotten SOOOO close to my goal weight (124). I had managed to get down to 127 and thought it would be easy peezy from there. I managed to maintain it for a few months....but then Halloween came around, and so did my baking agenda. Needless to say, I've strayed since then, and I'm back to not being happy with myself. :( I've been back from our family vacation, visiting my mom, for two weeks now, and today is the first time I've stepped on a scale. I'm displeased that my workout isn't getting down to the 120s fast enough, but I'm hoping I'll get back there again soon.....and hopefully at least stay in that range (though I'd like to get lower, if possible). Won't be able to workout until my 3 and 1 year old take their naps, but I'm aiming for it. Let's hope I can do it....
132.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
