I exercised for maybe the third time this year and I'm hungry like I'm an extreme athlete in training. Currently drinking tea and water to cut back on food intake. Mind over matter.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet ChicaLean's own diet   losing 0.6 lb a week

Yeah Bill, I have this fear I'll exercise for a few minutes but try to eat all day and that's exactly what I wanted to do. I'm trying again tomorrow.

It's a process Jamie...I fear that I am addicted, love the feeling I get when I see how things in life that once were hard for me get easier. Being healthier, stronger - longer are my goals, looking leaner is just a great side benefit... ;-)
