I made spaghetti out of whole wheat noodles and sauce with no sugar. It was really good.
For lunch I had a sandwich with lunchmeat (ham)
Need to drink more water.
Also had coffee.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 3.5 lb a week
