I have been exercising every day and sticking with a lower (not really that low) carb diet. I am also weightlifting almost 2x/week (some times 1x). Eating a lot but have lost some weight and added muscle. I can see myself down another 10lbs maybe by Feb? We'll see.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
