Come on Ms K, don't blame the bread now - it didn't jump into your mouth while you were sleeping, did it? Let's get serious and remind ourselves, everything that goes into the tummy, shows on that scale. You know you can overcome this with your will power.

You will get back on track. You are strong and know what to do. Look what you have done already!! :) I am with rhontique, I have to abstain from bread. I have carbquick biscuits to fill in that need.
