RiverRes's Journal, 05 December 2016

The holiday party on Friday was devasting to the waistline. Just junky food at the event itself and too much alcohol. I will re-focus today and use the routine of work to get back on track.

A good weekend though. I did so much! Really proud of everything I accomplishedand I am really starting to settle in to the new house. I have almost all boxes unpacked and I am thinking it will be totally ready on Saturday for the going away party I am throwing. I can't wait (maybe after the first of the year??) to just sit on my keister and do nothing.

The twelve days of baking starts on Wednesday. I need to develop a "menu of treats" so that I only buy what I need. That will help keep the high calorie/prohibited things out of my house. I also am re-committing to gym time with our trainer. It is the only way to make it over this recent plateau and then start back down the trail to success.

Have a great week!
