Had to weigh earlier in at Weight Watchers since there is a meeting at our location on this coming Saturday. Considering I weighed at 5:30 PM instead of 9 AM I was comfortable with my loss of a pound. It will be after Thanksgiving before I weigh in again officially. Do well, my friends!
