I decided to weigh-in today since it is the beginning of this new challenge that I signed up to do with you all here. I know the weight I've lost is just water weight this week but I will take it. Once I get to 190 it will freeze... it always does but THIS TIME I will do it.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
