Ok, I seem to have readjusted to my pre-Thanksgiving weight. Upping the water helped, and I am logging and planning each day.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1103 kcal Fat: 38.47g | Prot: 61.68g | Carb: 145.59g.   Breakfast: Olive Oil, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: Stonewall Kitchen Balsamic Fig Dressing, Fried Polenta. Dinner: Kale, Kirkland Signature Artichoke Hearts Marinated in Oil, Kirkland Signature Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Snacks/Other: Peter Paul Mounds Chocolate Bar. more...
