I control my eating thru out the day its at night time I am working on monitoring my dinner intake. I need to start getting my exercise in. But I feel one thing at a time. Food tracking and then I will tackle the exercising. To me there is not enough time in day. Too lazy to get up in the morning to exercise and at night time start setting down around 7p and I am tired.ms
213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
