Well, apparently,this is the apex of four days of feasting.

I think if I wanted to stay on plan during Thanksgiving, I could have. I just really wanted to eat as I liked. For me to stay on plan, I would have to have weight loss foremost in my mind.

The truth is, I am smaller than I have been in fourteen years, and I feel pretty darn good at this weight, so the fight isn't there as often.

That being said, I do have a plan for the rest of the week. Today, I am eating leftovers for dinner. After I eat, I am bringing the rest of the stuffing to my daughter's house.

Tomorrow will be Day 1 of a 4 1/2 day fast that I intend to break Saturday evening. To stay in a fasted state, I need to do some reading and some meditation. If I am in a right state of mind, I will not break fast Saturday evening. I need to sort of play it by ear.

Thanks for the encouraging words, buddies :)

Thanksgiving is in the rear view mirror. Focus on the road ahead. We can do this!!

All what you say makes good sense. You are such a strong minded lady. Well done for not making your diet the main focus during Thanksgiving. I would have been the same 🌟
