Water Fast Day #5
my ketosis this morning is between large and moderate at 60mg/dL. So far my fast is going well but I feel I have lots of cravings thinking always about food and what I'll eat once the fast is done.
I really hope all those cravings will be gone once I'm done with my 7-Day Water Fast.

121.0 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
