I lost this week! Gosh, wish I knew exactly why, but I think I just ate more healthy and LESS. So, fewer calories all around.

I feel inspired - once again, "eat fewer calories" works for weight loss! All I have to do is keep it up.

This is the year that I have to get my things in order and losing weight is on the top of the list. Can't believe it's FEBRUARY already!

156.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know what you mean about the week dashing by!! Unfortunately the weekend does the same. Great to see you back to moving that chart downward ... looking good!!!

I am trying to figure out why I never acquired the habit of counting calories. Actually I THINK the reason might be that I my hard core "dieting" days began in the late seventies with crazy fad diets like "the grapefruit diet," "the Tab and Deviled Egg diet," and the "eat-nothing-all-day-at-the-beach-then-drink-four-Pabst-Blue-Ribbons-that-night diet." I am completely clueless about calories -- not a good thing. There is a new challenge for learning! Thanks for making me think!
