Water Fast Day #2
I checked my ketosis this morning but it's still early to see any trace of it, hopefully tomorrow or in a couple of days. I just need to remember to drink more water!

125.9 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
