Didn't have much of an appetite yesterday...tummy still feeling iffy today. Haven't cooked so no packed lunch...will be ordering nando's for lunch today.
175.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
