I love nuts and seeds, but I can't just stop at a few so I keep them out of the house. When you did your water fast, were you aware of "TrueNorth Health Center"? They use water fasting a lot, with a lot of success. Check out some of Doctor Lisle's videos, you might find an explanation for what's happening to you. A little weight gain after a fast might be normal. Check out Doctor McDougall too. He just released a book, "Healthiest Diet on the Planet". Everything in the book is on his website for free, but it is a nice book.

Yes! I have seen it the True North videos, it's a great place true. I found also the TangleWoodCenter in Costa Rica very popular for water fasting, lots of people went there too. I personally don't have too many vacation days to spend there like 3/4 weeks, I wish!! So I did it myself, it was great and I want to incorporate Water Fasting in my life going forward. I planned to do a 10 days Water Fast on December 5th as well, to continue to heal and cleanse my body. have a great day Davestv!!

Thanks, I'll check out TangleWoodCenter. I've heard Ray Cronise talk about his water fasting on different interviews, sounds interesting. I ride an average of 200km/week on my bike and I'm thinking that I would have to cut that back on a fast? I know that's just an excuse, but you know, habits are hard to break:) Keep us posted on you upcoming fast, I'm interested to see how it goes.

A visit to a dietitian may be helpful.

How upsidedown is your stomach? Careful that its not your gallbladder- if you have stones then it might give you trouble. Also it might just be water weight might be worth it to take several measurements over then next few days.
