Huge Weight gain even I did not expect that. Luckily I measured my ketones before and they were measuring forte which is between 0.8 and 1.6g/L. At that level it means my body is burning fat at a peak level therefore my conclusion is muscle & Water gain. I will know at the end of the month when I go for my Inbody Scan. If I can keep the ketones at that level on a daily basis I should lose at least 3kg of fat by the end of the month but easier said than done. It is extremely easy to miss the balance.
247.4 lb Lost so far: 92.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
