scaled moved!! YAY! I am always going to see that the straight line part of my weight history, (the no weight loss part), was the direct effect of sugar! (gained a pound even!) It's a great reminder to stay on track! That's my message today to new people- don't cheat, even a little!
184.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 72.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
