little by little ...consistency..goooooooood sunday morning...temps are back into the 30s this morning..so no walky this early is planned...already been on the scales an showing the loss i was expecting...made salad ahead yesterday morning...an stuck with the food plan...no distractions...suppose to be just in the 40s today...so them nice warm temps are a thing of the past again...jan weather is back again...nice warm temps while they lasted...not sure what il get done today..might just be a lazy day...not really sure yet..need to do alittle cleaning and stuff like that...the dreaded house work...lol...but it never takes all that long..keepin it caught up makes it seem so much easier...well...im actually hungry this morning for a change...an ready for that cup of green tea...get this day started...and moving once again...have a great one..

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS AN EVERY MEAL LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. BEING HONEST WITH MYSELF WHEN I LOG MY FOOD INTAKE IS IMPORTANT..
3. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
4. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
5.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
6. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
7. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
8. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING THE EXERCISE MY HAND AND MOUTH ARE GETTING !!!
279.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

775 kcal Fat: 29.62g | Prot: 65.16g | Carb: 60.89g.   Breakfast: great value naturally decaf green tea, coburn farms large scrambled eggs, coburn farms american cheese, Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Protein Shake, weber kick'n chicken seasoning. Lunch: buddig oven roasted cured chicken breast, shelbys grove lite fruit cocktail, 1/2 kraft mayo, 1/2 water, lettuce,  square saltine crackers. Dinner: buddig oven roasted cured chicken breast. Snacks/Other: mt dew. more...

Morning Loosin..yeah the weather plays havoc with our plans for sure.. But we have had such a mild winter so far..I know last year I had to use my Happy Light alot but not so much this year..The weather channel say we are to get up to 53..but I will not hold my breath..on that..LOL Monday they are calling for rain..just so it isn't snow I will be happy..have a great day buddy...:O)
