Today is my doctor's appointment I'm sure his scale will be different. My doctor's scales weighed me in at the same. So all is good. Have to see him in 2 weeks. If I'm still have issues like I've been having should call him at go to the ER to rule out blood clots.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
