Haha, I'm actually kind of relieved to see a minor gain; kinda lets me know I'm not dropping too fast, considering I'm not 100% sure of why I am in the first place. :) Maybe the whole "lower carbs breakfast" thing I was talking about the other day really IS a key for my health! Naughty me for ignoring it! 0.0

Good for you for finding something that works! But you're right, losing too quick makes for gaining it back quick too!
