Hi All, this is my first day on this site and I'm excited... Not the first time I've tried to lose these last few pounds but hoping it's the successful one. I'm motivated to exercise more and hopefully get off some of these drugs. I'm diabetic and have high BP, weight is surely a contributing factor...
