Yippee! Result! Stayed the same for a week and now a whole kilo in one week. This is really brilliant news. I now have 1.3 kg left to my original target weight but I'm seriously thinking of revising it downwards by another 2 or max 3 kilos which will be where I was way back in my twenties and early thirties, pre-marriage and pre-babies. That would be fantastic - and now I'm beginning to think it's achievable.

I'll wait till I've achieved 57 and see how I look as I don't want to look like a scrawny old bird! So far I can see the fat's gone off my lower half which is brilliant because that's exactly where it needed to go from - my thighs and hips carry most of my excess and I've never been big on top. So far my face doesn't look any different but if it starts to look drawn and skinny, I'll stop.

I don't have an indulgence day planned for today, but if we go out this evening, as we sometimes do on a Saturday, then I won't worry too much - just record it all and carry on.

Woo-hoo - thank you fat secret. The ease of calorie control here is what's done it for me and I'm so happy!
128.5 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
