ok, I finally got up the courage to get on the scale. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I am 2 pounds over my original goal of 170 and I am hoping it will melt off quickly. It has given me new encouragement to succeed.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
