Mini-whoosh! I spent 45 minutes making spaghetti sauce last night, only to find that wasn't at all what I wanted. Grrrr! It tasted good, but I ended up eating 2 bites, and was just DONE. Oh, well... Today I'm going for Mexican with a friend I haven't seen in a couple of years. It will be great to catch up. Have a slimming slamming Monday, FS buddies! ~Kes

@Iulani, it happens to me more often than not! It's almost as if I get fed by the act of cooking. If I want to eat well, I have to go out, because I lose my appetite when I cook. :/

Great loss, Kes. Sorry about that sauce, especially after all that work, but I'm sure you'll use it eventually. I wish I had you love of cooking but sometimes I find that my buddies here inspire me.

Kes. I'm exactly the same. If I cook a dinner then I am full up with the aroma and maybe I'm too tired to eat Many times I've had to take a long walk when Sunday dinner was cooking so that I didn't get the cooking smells going into my stomach. Hubby would always walk with me. I believe it's one of number of reasons why I put the pounds back on as I would pick rubbish rather than eat a balanced dinner loaded with vegetables.
