Well good news I suppose. Was on vacation for a week and half and I was so worried I would have gained a lot. I actually lost a little and even more importantly than that, my blood sugar levels stayed in normal range the whole time as well! I ate quite a bit of things I have not for the past 4 and a 1/2 months and was concerned about that, but I found keeping it at a minimum, I can do it! :). I will try to get back on track starting today as I am back to work and a normal routine so hopefully can lose weight at a better pace :). A loss is a loss and I am so grateful.
