WTF!!!...Where did those 2lbs.come from???...things were going so well following surgery...maybe its the arthritis flare up that has reduced my walking???
227.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
