Rckc's Journal, 28 October 2016

Have decided to take baby steps in changing up my WOE. I am using protein instead of fat in my coffee this morning. Am continuing resistance training and will see if this helps with the fatigue.

I do an hour 5 days a week cardio and have started resistance training 5 days a week. I've been hungry/tired since starting the weights....

The protein in your coffee will help keep you feeling full like the fat did. Hope this change helps you. And an awesome drop...congrats.

I personally use whey protein isolate by Now Sports. I also have a vanilla one I purchased at the doctors office, I think it is whey also, but honestly I don't remember. I watch the carbs closely when choosing. I don't use it every day as I try to get my protein from eggs and meat.

Is soy any better? I've heard our bodies are not efficient at utilizing soy. Yet soy is recommended for "women of a certain age" LOL

Rontique, whey is absolutely fine. There is "literally" no grounds to oliver's statements.

You're tinfoil hat is on too tight. I'm no expert. I just have faith in the 100% of experts that agree that humans need protein.

arguing with you is pointless. You have not discovered anything. You are 100% wrong. I hope you find a new hobby that's productive.

I literally cannot understand 99% of this information. I guess it is why I always am interested in others experiences....did work, didn't work, kinda worked, etc...
