Another week, another drop :) My new official weight is 102kg and this is my lowest ever!!!
For a second the scale had dropped to 101.9kg then settled at 102kg :D Just 2kg to go to get into double digits!!!! I'me so excited and happy with these results!!!
This weekend is Diwali so I will be consuming lots of sugar and carbs from the various baked goodies that we will be making. I'll indulge and do damage control on Monday morning,
