Thumbs up.

I was a Beast yesterday.

State inspectors arrived at work yesterday. I had forgotten my supplements two days in a row and my stress level was high. Rough day emotionally yesterday, but I have a lifetime of experience recovering from putting my foot in my mouth. I'll be okay.

Grateful they arrived just exactly when I was sitting in boss lady's office, waiting for another chew out session. She said, "The State is here. We will have to talk another time." Ha ha ha.

219.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 84.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
