Woohoo! I haven't been really "dieting" and I have not been working out at all! Weather and schedule have not permitted me to do my 4 mile walk that I usually try to do three times a week.
Glad to see I have dropped....and feeling good that my size 2's still fit!
120.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
