Dang!!!

didn't watch what I ate but did get a workout in this weekend. Gained .4 pounds or as I like to call it, a quarter pounder with cheese! Back on the bike again today.
210.4 lb Lost so far: 58.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
