Going to step up my steps! And refine my eating to a little bit less fat with a little bit more of the other stuff. Working out hard this week: Bodypump class Saturday and Tuesday, and training Sunday and Friday.

Time to put down the storm windows again! Getting a little chilly with autumn in full swing!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
