Hi guys... not been around much due to the new job but I promise to get on here again soon!
I've kept constant since last weigh in which is good considering I've not been following my diet too closly recently but I assume the workouts are keeping it the way it is!
Will be back soon... Miss you all so much and hope you are all doing fantastic!
