This week's official weigh-in and I'm down another 0.5lbs in total since yesterday's Biggest Loser weigh-in. Although I don't generally work in only pounds (rather in stones and pounds) it is rather nice seeing 17x instead of 18x!!

Manage to stick to it 100% yesterday and avoided the wine in the fridge. It was SO quiet without my husband - but he's just rung to let me know he arrived in LA safely, so at least I know he's OK, if thousands of miles away.
179.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good work - you are really dedicated. Hope your husband enjoys LA - there are a lot of good restaurants there! Maybe he won't have to work the entire time and can do some sightseeing. I think you will find the exercise will really help once you hit a plateau, which is common as you near your goal. I haven't been too hungry today on my new diet (Curves), a low carb, high protein diet I am going to try for a while. Still need to take care of this stubborn middle. I have no excuse - my daughter is adopted!

Thanks to you both! Hope you're having a good week so far. CK - just remember that my average weekly weight loss to date is only just the same as one of you "poor" weeks, so you definitely have nothing to be jealous of!! :)

Just as excited to be down in the 17x somethings too... it's a great feeling isn't it. Good on you for avoiding the wine... lol, I've treated myself to a few choccy treats this week, but made sure I've added them to my WW points. You're doing fantastic though, so keep it up. I must have missed the team challenges... but cheering you on and is certainly a great motivator!!
