Water Fast Day #17
Still on large traces of ketosis this morning at 80mg/dL.
I didn't feel I drank enough water yesterday though, I'll try my best today.
One thing I noticed I can't drink more than a small sip at the time in the morning, strangely it gives me lightheaded effects
123.5 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
