Have a big dinner on tonight then party. I will have to forego anything carbohydraty to be able to not gain weight. So no desert, no orange juice or wine just meat more meat veges and salad. From next week on I will start to focus on the 5 cores of weightloss.

Hi guys thanks for the support. My five cores are, Plenty of Sleep, Plenty of Water, Caloric deficit whilst eating every 2-3 hrs, Cardio which I hate, and Weights which is my favourite. Basically I get eating and weights correct but other 3 items are slowing down my progress and Metabolism. I guess I should add another one which is planning. I plan my weekly weight-loss in advance so right now I know how heavy I will be any day in December or January 2017. I then try to beat my target on a weekly basis which makes the weight loss more fun for me.

I hate cardio too - that's why I do classes, more fun than the gym and keeps you committed for at least an hour :-) Planning and being organised it key I reckon, though you are uber planned, I just plan food and exercise a week in advance haha.
You got this! :-)

Classes are alot less boring. I find gym really difficult, most of the time I'm thinking of all the other things I have to do. Then I start dropping 2-5 reps from each set and so it goes.
45 minutes in a cycle class is a fantastic way to go. Fitness improved very quickly and not much stress on joints.

I agree I reckon classes are the way to go. Will give RPM and Boxercise a try.
