Hello to all my FatSecret buddies! I haven't checked in for the past 2 weeks because I've been on vacation - and boy, does my weight show it:( I finally went on my once-in-a-lifetime dream vacation to New Zealand, had SUCH a great time. I took probably a few hundred pics & will share some as soon as I get them uploaded somewhere. I enjoyed lamb shanks, blue mussels, wine (which I don't normally drink), flat white coffee with (probably) whole milk and full breakfasts, which probably explains the weight gain. I did go on a few nice hikes & did some kayaking (funny story behind that), but also lost 2 days of exercise due to the 12 hr flights from L.A. to N.Z. & back, UGH!

But now I'm back and it's time to get back in the swing of things, literally! Today I start tracking again, will aim for 1300 cals daily until I lose the 5 lbs I gained. Need to do some meal planning & grocery shopping today, plus get in a run. I've signed up for another 5K this Saturday, so that will be good. Check in with you later, gotta run!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
