I had been undisciplined when it came to late night snacks for a couple of days. I'm trying to do better like you guys...
153.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1945 kcal Fat: 84.34g | Prot: 109.05g | Carb: 200.07g.   Breakfast: Post Great Grains Crunchy Pecans Cereal, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Boiled Egg. Lunch: Frito-Lay Frito Scoops, America's Choice Bacon Thick Sliced, Deli Express Chicken Salad Sandwich. Dinner: Tyson Foods Chicken Livers, Poultry Gravy, Mahatma Jasmine Rice, Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh). Snacks/Other: Nestle Chocolate Chip Cookie, Great Value Pineapple Chunks, Strawberries, Breakstone's 2% Milkfat Lowfat Cottage Cheese. more...

I drink decaf coffee or some other hot drink to ease the cravings. If I get too hungry - I will eat anything that's not nailed down. I have to plan ahead.
